Carrie and Sue are our front office staff. Carrie, the receptionist, welcomes you when you arrive at the office, answers your telephone calls, and schedules appointments.
Sue also greets you and answers the telephone. She will check to make sure your insurance information in our computer is current and correct. She will answer your questions about insurance coverage.
Meghan, Vicki and
Danielle are medical assistants. They will set you up in the exam room, check your medication list, weight, and blood pressure. They also may draw blood and do EKGs.

The medical assistants have
more than 20 years of combined experience. They arrange for tests done outside the office, schedule consults, do referrals and med refills. They will also return your phone calls to collect more information and relay a plan back to you
from the provider.
Jonathan Greene and his assistant Jennie do the billing. They pride themselves on clarity, promptness, and accuracy of the bills they send to your insurance company, to ensure that you get the coverage you have paid for. Call them at 206-528-2661, or fax them at 206-527-2980, if you have questions about your bill. Or talk to Sue in our office.

Vitamin D: Take more! 1000-2000 units/day by the new guidelines, rather than 400 units. Along with Calcium 600-200mg/day, this will help protect your bones (and might reduce some cancer risk). Ask us to measure a blood level.
